Phrazer

Phrazer is an algorithmic musical phrase generator for VCV rack. It outputs gate and pitch signals similar to a standard sequencer. There are a number of parameters to control the characteristics of the generated phrases. The phrases can be made to conform to a simple four chord progression in any key.

This plugin is not yet availalbe for official download from the VCV store. However, it can be downloaded from here and installed. How to install Unlisted VCV Rack Plugins
